My most recent flight with 9 Air YYC Terminal (Calgary International Airport), was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff's kindness and efficiency impressed me from the first time I arrived at the station. With polite staff who ensured everything was in order and clear signs, the check-in procedure was smooth. I was relieved that everything went well and that security was well-organized, enabling me to get at my gate without any worries.

There were enough seats and charging stations in the tidy and cozy waiting area. The airline staff was really kind, and boarding was done quickly. The flight itself was delightful, with a smooth takeoff and landing, nice seats, and a clean airplane. All of the passengers were made to feel comfortable during the trip by the attentive, polite, and professional crew members.

The ticket's cost without sacrificing the caliber of the service really amazed me. Budget-friendly airlines that put the needs of their customers first are hard to come by, and 9 Air went above and above my expectations. If you are traveling through YYC, I would strongly suggest flying with them. The trip was easy and fun, and I'm excited to fly with them once more!
